Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account & Business Development Lead to join our team at Rexroth. In this role, you will be responsible for handling key accounts, driving business development, sales, and receivables.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Driving business growth through strategic account management and expansion
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Building strong relationships with customers to ensure overall satisfaction
  • Coordinating with internal teams to support customer business development
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • B.E. Mechanical or MBA degree
  • 4-5 years of experience in industrial sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent business communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and CRM tools
  • A willingness to travel as required

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:
