Warehouse Management Opportunity

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize space utilization, reduce turnaround time, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, providing guidance, training, and performance tracking to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and replenishment.
  • Verify that all customer orders are dispatched correctly, on time, and with zero errors.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory shrinkage, and warehouse throughput to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Manage relationships with 3PL vendors and warehouse management systems (WMS).
