Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the efficient management of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and Management: Ensure smooth production operations in line with regulations and quality standards.
  • Production Scheduling: Coordinate schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Quality Control: Monitor product quality, implement control measures, and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Compliance: Maintain GMP and safety standards within the department.
  • Qualification Activities: Prepare, review, and execute qualification activities in compliance with cGMP and Safety requirements.
  • Training and Development: Provide training on current needs related to cGMP, Safety, Health & Hygiene, and departmental procedures.
  • Documentation: Prepare, review, and update SOPs, documents, and qualification records.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper installation, qualification, and operation of equipment as per P&IDs and procedure.
  • Incident Reporting: Initiate notification for deviations or incidents immediately upon occurrence.
  • Support to QA: Support Quality Assurance in investigations related to OOS, deviations, incidents, and validations.
  • Validation and Calibration: Ensure all Validation, Qualification, and Calibration are done as per schedule and records are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Possess knowledge of IMS Systems (ISO- Occupational health & Safety management system, ISO- Environmental management system, ISO- Quality management system).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record in supervising production teams.
