**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operations Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operations Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing activities and ensure timely production and delivery of high-quality products. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise and coordinate manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
