Security Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our API security efforts and provide strategic guidance to cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Application security and API security strategy.
  • Create and maintain API Security guidelines and establish API security systems that discover, catalog, and scan APIs.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to prioritize business requirements and develop detailed project plans using industry-standard tools.
  • Determine resource roles needed and work with leadership to secure project team members.
  • Influence and lead by example in a matrix/cross-functional environment.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, cybersecurity, or related fields from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in API security or implementation, software development, mobile security, threat modeling, secure coding, identity management, and authentication.
  • Experience working directly with engineering teams and managing stakeholders at the executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
