Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive information security strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our critical telecom infrastructure, customer data, intellectual property, and global services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security, with expertise in risk management, security governance, and compliance. They will also have experience in leading security teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of the information security management system (ISMS).
  • Oversee day-to-day security operations, including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
  • Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks across the enterprise and supply chain.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in information security leadership roles, with expertise in telecom security standards, cloud and hybrid security models, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing security teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
