Job Title: Cloud Security Strategist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned security professional to lead our cloud security initiatives. As a Cloud Security Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that align with our business goals.

  • Develop and maintain cloud security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular security assessments of cloud infrastructure and applications to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into the development lifecycle and ensure secure architecture design.
  • Provide guidance on cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, encryption, and key management.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cloud security initiatives and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cloud service providers to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement secure cloud-based architectures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on cloud security best practices.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
