Workday Absence Management Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Workday Time Tracking and Absence expert to fulfill a critical role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules with expertise, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Perform system configuration tasks including absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code, and time entry templates, adhering to industry standards.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization, delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.
  • Support business units with day-to-day queries, offering timely and accurate solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support, showcasing in-depth knowledge.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence, demonstrating adaptability and technical acumen.
  • A successful track record of implementing Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management, including planning, design, testing, and deployment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to gather and analyze business requirements, driving informed decision-making and process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a significant asset, enhancing technical capabilities.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a valuable plus, expanding skill set and versatility.
