Workday Absence Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to join our team at NielsenIQ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the configuration of the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code and time entry template.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support business with day-to-day queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence, with a strong understanding of implementation best practices.
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  • Experience leading or participating in full Workday project life cycles, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level knowledge of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
