Workday Absence and Time Tracking Configuration Specialist

As a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of technology by designing cutting-edge software solutions that drive business growth for our clients.

This includes ISVs, SaaS, and Internet companies, as well as leading organizations in telecom, media, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking module, experience in configuration, implementation, and optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design configurations, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking functionalities to enhance leave management, accruals, and time tracking processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
  2. Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes.
  4. Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues.
  5. Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects.
  6. Provide end-user training and develop documentation.
  7. Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency.
