Job Opportunity:

A Workday Functional Consultant will be responsible for delivering complex solutions across client implementations, focusing on functional areas such as absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, human capital management, compensation planning, recruiting, talent development, performance evaluation, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prioritize work to deliver solutions for at least one of the mentioned modules
  • Develop complex configurations for clients and lead data transformation, including EIB Data loads
  • Provide go-live assistance and ongoing support to ensure seamless system implementation
  • Lead data conversion activities pertaining to the mentioned modules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical and functional skills across functional areas required for developing and delivering complex solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, and Payroll Configuration Build
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Workday Project Lifecycle and strong knowledge of Workday configuration build
  • Self-motivated and able to learn quickly through individual research and self-training
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday and a minimum overall experience of 12 years
