Job Title: Adaptive Workday Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with Workday Adaptive Planning and provide top-notch support to users.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support integrations with Workday HCM and NetSuite.
  • Provide advanced-level day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users, including troubleshooting technical issues and answering system-related questions.
  • Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including user management, data integration, model and formula building, system configuration, and reporting.
  • Document project deliverables, processes, and workflows.
  • Work with end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new features in Workday Adaptive.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance, or a related field with 3+ years of experience working with Workday Adaptive.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive functionalities, including integrations with Workday HCM, NetSuite, admin tasks, model building, reporting (Matrix/OfficeConnect), formulas, and dashboards.
  • Support testing phases across the solution development life cycle.
  • Document system design, configuration, and development objects.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated financial systems and best practices.
  • Reporting directly to a manager.
