Workday Adaptive Specialist

- Maintain and support Workday Adaptive integrations with Workday HCM and NetSuite
- Advanced level day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users, including troubleshooting technical issues and providing guidance on system-related questions.
- Administer the Workday Adaptive Planning platform, including user management, data integration, model and formula building, system configuration and reporting.
- Document project deliverables, process and workflows.
- Work with end-users to promote system adoption and proficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and new features in Workday Adaptive
What Youll Need To Be Successful
- A bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance or related fields with 3+ years of experience on Workday Adaptive
- Strong knowledge of Workday Adaptive functionalities Integrations with Workday HCM, NetSuite, admin tasks, model building, reporting (Matrix/OfficeConnect), formulas and dashboards.
- Support testing phases across solution development life cycle
- Document system design, configuration and development objects
- Demonstrated knowledge of automated financial systems and best practices
- Reporting to the manager
