Time and Absence Management Expert

We are seeking an Absence Management and Time Tracking Professional with 3-5 years of experience to fill a key role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure the Absence Management and Time Tracking modules in Workday.
- Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code and time entry template.
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
- Support business with day-to-day queries.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking configuration and support.
- Experience supporting multiple clients on Workday Time and Absence.
- At least one implementation experience on Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
- Able to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Experience leading or participating in full Workday project life cycles, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Workday certification(s) in Absence Management and Time Tracking is a plus.
- Experience with Workday HCM or Payroll modules is a plus.
