Job Description

As a seasoned Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management consultant, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining our company's absence management processes. This is an exceptional opportunity to showcase your expertise and help shape the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules to meet business needs.
  • Perform system configuration tasks such as creating absence plans, time-off policies, accruals, work schedules, time calculations, and time entry templates.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and support.
  • Proven ability to support multiple clients across various industries with complex Workday implementations.
  • At least one successful implementation experience with Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
