Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned consultant to lead Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with configuration, setup, and support of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to leverage their expertise in Workday HCM or Payroll modules to drive project success.

  • Design and configure Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including absence plans, time-off, accrual, work schedules, time calculations, time entry code, and time entry templates
  • Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and system optimization services
  • Leverage strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage business stakeholders and drive project outcomes

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management setup and support
  • Experience working on multiple clients and implementations of Workday Time and Absence
  • Proven track record of delivering successful Workday projects from planning through deployment
  • Ability to gather and analyze complex business requirements
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
  • Workday certification(s) in Time Tracking and Absence Management is a significant plus
