Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Demand Defence LLP. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and maintain a pipeline of potential deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, share knowledge and best practices, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, good organizational abilities, and previous sales experience.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or business development can be an asset.
