Job Description

This is a full-time remote role that involves tasks such as lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis. As a Sales Development Officer (HRMS), you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and referrals
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong lead generation and sales operations skills
  • Experience in channel sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
