Job Opportunity in HR Administration

Overview of the Role:

The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of our team, responsible for managing employee records and maintaining comprehensive HR databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job postings and assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless transitions for employees.
  • Provide support for various HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Assist in designing and implementing training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in performance management processes and provide input for employee evaluations.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably with a focus on database management and recruitment.
  • Relevant degree (B.B.A, M.B.A/PGDM, or MSW) with excellent academic credentials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
