Job Title

A skilled BIM professional is needed to support the implementation of Building Information Modelling across our projects.

About the Role
  • This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient BIM processes.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in CIVIL 3D modelling, with a focus on track works, rail utilities, drainage modelling, and multi-disciplinary design workflows.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing regular progress updates to the project team.
  • Maintaining records of all BIM-related communications.
  • SUPPORTING hardware/software deployment and delivering BIM software training.
  • Developing and updating BIM object libraries and quality templates in line with organisational standards.
  • Ensuring quality and compliance of all BIM submissions through regular QA/QC checks.
  • Validating models for accuracy, exporting data for design and commercial use, and performing clash detection.
  • Preparing reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in BIM tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of 3D coordination processes and multi-disciplinary design workflows.
  • Familiarity with scripting and authoring applications.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of collaborative design workflows.
