3D Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled 3D modeling specialist to join our team. As a BIM coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing 3D models from consultants and contractors using Navisworks Manage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
  • Manage views to issues and automated grouped clashes.
  • Configure BIM Track settings for Navisworks.
  • Display clashes interactively in Navisworks models with sectioning filters.
  • Synchronize clash status.
  • Manage viewpoints and clashing in Navisworks.
  • Publish models to viewers from Navisworks.
  • Convert clashes to issues with multiple properties/attributes.
  • Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit.
  • Perform early design reviews and constructability analysis.
  • Update and manage BIM project documents.
  • Extract and verify 3D model quantities.
  • Use 4D scheduling/simulation tools in Autodesk Navisworks.
  • Hold weekly coordination meetings with project team members.

Our ideal candidate has strong knowledge of BIM software, including Navisworks and Autodesk Revit. Experience with project management and coordination is also essential.
