  • About the Role: This is an opportunity to work as a Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordinator on complex infrastructure projects.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Diligently review MEP disciplines 3D BIM models created using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and associated tools for accuracy and completeness.
    • Foster collaboration with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to guarantee precise design coordination and clash-free models throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Perform thorough clash detection and resolve coordination issues within a BIM environment.
    • Maintain adherence to established BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Essential Skills & Qualifications:
    • Educational Background: A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
    • Professional Experience: A minimum of six to twelve years' experience working as a BIM MEP Engineer in engineering, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
    • Tech Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 is necessary.
    • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of MEP systems, construction methodologies, and BIM workflows is essential.
    • Social Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities are necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination are also required.
