Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and seasoned professional to lead project teams in the implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, internal team management, reviewing project deliverables, quality assurance and control oversight, and ensuring timely project delivery.

The role requires strong technical expertise across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines, a proactive and professional approach to training, BIM implementation, and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects effectively by allocating resources, tracking progress, and monitoring revenue.
  • Support project setup, planning, and execution strategies to ensure optimal resource deployment and alignment with project deliverables and financial objectives.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of project status by reviewing project leads' updates.
  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to industry standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants for BIM modelling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Support recruitment activities and deliver technical orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Develop, manage, and optimize Dynamo scripts, while training team members in their usage.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
  • High proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 platforms.
  • Solid understanding of BIM processes, multi-disciplinary coordination, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passionate, detail-oriented professional with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a dynamic and high-volume project environment.
