Architectural BIM Coordinator Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Coordinator to support our projects.

About the Role

">
  • ">
  • Assist in adherence to Building Information Modeling (BIM) Implementation Plans, ensuring timely model submittals and updates reflecting as-built conditions.">
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.">
  • Perform quality assurance and control on Autodesk Revit models.">
  • Prepare drawing packages for project delivery.">
  • Utilize BIM Level of Development (LOD) 300 knowledge, with experience in LOD 400 and 500.">
  • Coordinate and develop designs from concept to construction using BIM processes like 5D/4D.">
  • Manage 3D models, reviewing model quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with BIM Execution Plans.">
  • Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.">
  • Develop parametric and non-parametric family creation skills.">
  • Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects is a plus.">
