Job Title

We are seeking an experienced BIM Implementation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and be able to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.

About the Role:
  • The BIM Implementation Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the project team adheres to the Building Information Modeling (BIM) implementation plan.
  • This includes assisting the project team in creating, managing, and delivering accurate and detailed building information models.
  • The specialist will also be responsible for performing quality assurance and control checks on Autodesk Revit models.
Responsibilities:
  1. Assist project team in adhering to BIM Implementation Plan (BIP) and update models to reflect as-built conditions for submittal.
  2. Deliver client BIM requirements for Architectural and Structural services.
  3. Perform QA/QC on Autodesk Revit models.
  4. Prepare drawing packages.
  5. Evaluate and improve technical capability of BIM LOD 300, 400, and 500.
  6. Coordinate and develop design from Construction through BIM processes such as 5D/ 4D.
  7. Manage 3D models, review model quality and technical content, including clash detection and compliance with the BIM Execution Plan.
  8. Analyze models provided by Architects, Engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to identify coordination and constructability issues.
  9. Knowledge of parametric and non-parametric family creation.
  10. Experience in Scan to BIM & PDF to CAD projects.
