
Chief Revenue Operations Strategist

A highly skilled RevOps Specialist is required to lead the implementation of full-funnel revenue operations systems across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HubSpot and a proven track record of managing complex multi-hub setups.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations for clients worldwide.
- Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing to optimize sales funnels.
- Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations to drive growth.
- Implement integrations with other platforms such as CRM, billing, product, CS, and warehouses.
- Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
- Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
- 3–6 years of hands-on RevOps and HubSpot implementation experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-hub HubSpot setups (Marketing + CRM + CX).
- Skilled in lead scoring, funnel optimization, reporting, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with middleware/integration tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, APIs).
- Key role in shaping the RevOps function as we expand this practice.
