Job Summary

A seasoned IT professional with 12+ years of experience is required to lead and facilitate large-scale, complex projects in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of scaled delivery practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Project Planning and Delivery: Facilitate project planning, status updates, and team ceremonies to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
  • Manage Dependencies and Risks: Identify, manage, and resolve cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Align Project Objectives: Ensure alignment of project objectives across front-to-back functions (technology, operations, and business teams).
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in Agile maturity across teams, promoting best practices in scaling frameworks.
  • Provide Transparency: Provide transparency into project status, metrics, and progress for senior stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
  • IT Experience: 12+ years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years as a Release Train Engineer, Program Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
  • Agile Expertise: Proven experience in running large-scale Agile projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Exposure to highly critical financial systems (experience with Murex or similar trading/risk platforms strongly preferred).
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
