Job Title: Agile Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Coordinator to lead our software development projects from initiation to completion. As an Agile Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of software products that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage high-performing Agile Teams across various projects, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted according to Agile methodologies.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and execute projects according to agile methodologies for on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues impacting project timelines or quality. Ensure minimal disruptions in project delivery.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations. Ensure transparency and alignment among team members and stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA teams to define and implement quality standards and processes. Ensure software products meet or exceed quality expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within development teams. Implement agile best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand their needs and expectations, ensuring project outcomes align with their goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile project management, preferably with Scrum methodology.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high-quality results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and technologies, such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
