**Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager Role**We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with project management skills to lead our international project in Chennai. As a full remote contractor, you will work closely with the team to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with project goals.The ideal candidate will have +5 years of experience as an Agile project manager (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and be certified as a Scrum Master. They should also possess expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;
**Requirements**
  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.):
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
