Job Description

As a senior project coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. Your primary responsibility will be to manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with the organization's strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience working on complex projects from initiation through completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

In addition, you will identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans, track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
