We are seeking a skilled professional to join our organization in India as a Relationship Manager for Medium Enterprises.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with medium-sized business clients, ensuring their financial needs are met while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored financial solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling banking products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide insights to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and client satisfaction.
- 2-7 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial analysis and understanding of banking products.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
