At telSpiel, we are seeking a seasoned Sr. HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and onboard new employees effectively.
  • Employee Relations: Foster open communication, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and enhance employee skills and career development.
  • Policy Development: Create, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure equitable remuneration practices.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and stay up-to-date with changing regulations.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • HR Metrics: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR processes.
  • Health and Safety: Oversee health and safety programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
