
Drive Business Expansion Through Strategic Partnerships

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Associate to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and sales initiatives. This high-impact role involves working closely with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, engage with enterprise clients, and build long-term relationships with partners across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors (Retail, BFSI, Logistics, Hospitality).
- Manage the entire sales cycle - lead generation, client presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Respond to RFPs/RFQs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver winning proposals.
- Partnership Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners to drive mutual business growth.
- Collaborate with partners for co-branded initiatives, joint campaigns, and ecosystem development.
- Track partner performance and ensure delivery against KPIs.
- GTM & Revenue Strategy:
- Work with leadership to design GTM plans and pricing models.
- Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams to deliver value to clients.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and support for new partners.
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Partnerships, or Business Development
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience working with RFPs, GTM strategies, and B2B partnerships
- Exposure to HR Tech, SaaS platforms, or recruitment solutions is a plus
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
