About this role
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth through event sponsorships. As Senior Manager – Sponsorship Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sponsorship sales strategy for our flagship events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sponsorship Sales & Strategic Partnerships
You will identify, engage, and secure high-value sponsors by presenting tailored partnership opportunities. You will also collaborate with the programme team to ensure sponsor expectations align with event themes and audience engagement goals.
Marketing & Sales Collateral Development:
- You will produce high-impact pitch decks, sponsorship proposals, and membership marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- You will work with the marketing team to create compelling digital assets, brochures, and video content that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- You will research and identify new sponsorship prospects, leveraging industry insights and market trends.
- You will develop a robust pipeline of leads, tracking progress through CRM systems, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Data-Driven Sales Approach:
- You will monitor sponsorship sales performance, tracking KPIs such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and retention.
- You will provide data-backed insights to refine sales strategies and enhance engagement initiatives.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sponsorship sales or strategic partnerships, ideally within events, media, or a global business platform.

- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
Fundamental Qualifications:
- Able to craft compelling narratives and design high-impact sales materials.
- Experience working with marketing teams to develop branded content, pitch decks, and promotional campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and B2B engagement strategies.
