Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sponsorship strategist to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sponsorship acquisition strategy that drives revenue growth and brand alignment.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing mid-to-large sponsorship deals and possess excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsor deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sponsorship acquisition strategy that aligns with brand objectives
  • Identify, reach out, and build relationships with key decision-makers in marketing and partnerships teams
  • Create tailored sponsorship packages and pitches aligned with brand goals
  • Negotiate deals and close sponsorship contracts that maximize revenue and brand alignment
  • Track and report sponsorship sales pipeline, targets, and ROI
  • Stay updated on industry trends to spot new categories of sponsors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2–6 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, or partnerships (events, sports, entertainment, or media preferred)
  • A strong existing network in FMCG, lifestyle, fintech, or tech brands is a huge plus
  • Proven track record of closing mid-to-large sponsorship deals
  • Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset – ability to work independently and hustle in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for events, culture, and creating win-win brand collaborations
