Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to oversee our Record-to-Report function.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and stakeholder management.

  • Manage the RTR team, driving process excellence, ensuring compliance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely financial results.
  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and reporting in compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with:

  • A deep knowledge of R2R/RTR processes, including GL, closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS).
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Chartered Accountant
  • Experience: 10–14 years of overall experience with at least 4–5 years in R2R/RTR and team leadership.
