We are seeking a highly skilled Fractional HR professional to partner with e-commerce startups in India. The role will focus on building robust HR processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing talent acquisition, and driving HR best practices in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with startup growth strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, shortlisting, and onboarding processes.
  • Design employee engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set up performance management systems, including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  • Manage HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  • Guide founders and leadership teams on organization design and talent strategy.
  • Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
  • Provide strategic HR insights for scaling the workforce while maintaining startup agility.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' HR experience, with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Proven expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growth organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in talent acquisition, compliance, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fractional/consulting capacity across multiple startups.
