Senior Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description:

This role is perfect for a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for scaling campaigns, leading teams, and building strong client relationships.

  • Reporting to: Director/Head of Digital Marketing
  • Direct reports: Paid media specialists, analysts, and contractors
  • Impact areas: Paid media strategy, client success, campaign performance, revenue growth, and team leadership

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

Lead end-to-end campaign planning, optimization, testing, and scaling to exceed performance KPIs. Design and implement ROI-focused strategies across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, and other performance platforms.

Campaign Management

Monitor campaign metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses, and generate actionable insights and reports.

Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts; build trust, present insights, and provide strategic recommendations.

Team Leadership

Mentor and manage junior team members; oversee external contractors to ensure quality execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with proven success in scaling paid media campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Campaign Manager.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Ads.
  • Strong understanding of attribution models, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proficiency with analytics and project management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Asana, etc.).
