About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partnerships efforts in the healthcare sector. As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and other service providers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with emerging healthcare technologies and innovative service providers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships initiatives and achieve shared objectives.
  • Develop and manage partnerships budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B sales within the health technology sector.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong partnerships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
