Business Process Designer

This is a key role in the development and deployment of business processes and/or capabilities associated with sales at a country, region, or global level.

  • We are seeking an individual to design sales incentive plans and develop new or enhanced business processes and capabilities to support customers/partners.

The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge of business/IT principles and be able to apply them to projects of limited scope. They will lead or participate in process improvement teams and interact with management, stakeholders, and operational teams.

  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Designing and developing business processes and capabilities.
    • Leading or participating in process improvement teams.
    • Applying foundational knowledge of business/IT principles.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A first-level university degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Typically 0–2 years of related experience in IT or business operations.
  • The ability to exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
