We are seeking a skilled and experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing process design and operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimize process flowsheets to improve plant performance and reduce energy consumption.
  • Develop and implement process improvements using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and technicians to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to ensure optimal process operation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in process optimization and share knowledge with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving process optimization results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
