Business Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review quotes to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
  • Assist sales teams in client communication, maintaining open dialogue throughout the quotation process.
  • Identify potential risks in contract terms and conditions, performing thorough risk assessments.
  • Optimize pricing strategies by analyzing costs and financial implications.
  • Maintain accurate records of all RFQs and quotations issued, facilitating post-quotation follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools, with expertise in data analysis and presentation.
  • Aerospace background is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in order management and pre-sales activities, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
