About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships and drive business growth. As a senior account manager, you will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships with clients, understanding their needs, and developing innovative solutions to meet their goals.
Your key responsibilities will include curating events and presentations, liaising between departments, and aligning client expectations with team deliveries. You will also need to prepare detailed project plans, manage tasks, and conduct research to identify new revenue streams.
