We are seeking an experienced Key Account Lead to spearhead our business development efforts.
- Servicing and acquiring new clients through strategic account management.
- Ideating innovative solutions based on client briefs for event design and execution.
- Overseeing project budgets from start to finish to ensure timely delivery.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event management process.
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service and quality delivery standards.
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in business development and account management within the events industry.
- Demonstrated market knowledge and relevant working experience.
- A post-graduation degree is required.
