Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our dynamic team.
This entry-level role is ideal for professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
The KAM will support senior account managers in maintaining key client accounts and ensuring client satisfaction and Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing relationships with key clients to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and support) to meet customer requirements.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and aligning them with product/service offerings.
- Support in preparing business proposals, presentations, and account performance reports.
- Address client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for feedback and service improvement.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and account activities.
- Track account health metrics and escalate issues when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 02 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (internships count).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Attributes:
