We are seeking an enterprise lawyer with initiative and diligence to join our global legal team. This role will involve managing all aspects of the organisation's contractual arrangements with vendors, including related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure robust agreements with counterparties through diligent management of legal documentation across the company.
  • Support the development and implementation of vendor management processes.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates and ensure overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with external vendors to negotiate agreements as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in contract law and commercial law, with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
  • Detailed analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Business acumen and qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience.
