Account Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. This vital role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment with client IT and business goals.

  • As the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients, you will manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • You will collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Understanding client technology roadmaps and business challenges, you will position our company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively.
  • Leading contract negotiations and ensuring commercial terms are met, you will stay updated with IT industry trends and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
