Job Title: Data Engineer

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and maintain large-scale data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement and optimize complex data pipelines using modern technologies such as Apache Beam or Spark.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality data models and databases to support business intelligence and analytics.
  4. Ensure the security, integrity and scalability of data systems by implementing robust access controls and monitoring mechanisms.
  5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on designing, building and maintaining scalable data systems.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python or Scala.
  • Proficiency in working with big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL databases and cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
