Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to analyze data and provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and narratives that communicate insights clearly and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. They will also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools, and statistical languages (e.g., Python, R).
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and data governance principles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) providers.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
