We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative applications enriched with AI and intelligent automation.

This role involves architecting, implementing, and optimizing next-generation internal business applications using the Appsmith low-code platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sophisticated applications with AI-powered features such as natural language querying, smart widget recommendations, and automated decisioning.
  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) to unlock capabilities like text summarization, semantic search, conversational agents, and intelligent data processing.
  • Create complex workflow automations guided by RPA principles, embedding LLMs for adaptive automation including dynamic error handling and process logic.
  • Integrate with diverse data sources to fuel real-time, AI-informed insights within business applications.
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, and performance, minimizing LLM latency and adhering to best practices in privacy and data protection.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, prototype solutions, and champion continuous feedback in an agile team setting.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for AI features, LLM/RPA integrations, and best practices, fostering reusability, compliance, and rapid onboarding.
